Kathy Anderson
Kathy finds that yoga enriches her life on every level. She loves the concept that yoga is fundamentally about relationship. The relationship with all who share this breath and time, to herself (body, breath, mind and spirit), to the environment, but most importantly to something greater than herself. Her teaching style has evolved from Integral Yoga to Viniyoga.
Kathy has studied yoga with both Jeannie Turner and Jeannie's teacher Gary Kraftsow in Italy and Hawaii. In the summer of 2005 she completed a very rich year of study with another of Gary Kraftsow’s students, Robin Rothenberg (www.yogabarn.com), and is now certified as a Viniyoga teacher at the 500-hour level.
Kathy is a mother of 5, and owns a restaurant—The Place Bar and Grill. She has been studying yoga for a long time because it helps her stay sane.

She has personally experienced the benefits of practicing yoga and its therapeutic impact on body, mind and spirit. She has studied different forms of healing such as Massage Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Breath Work.
